Involvement on indigenous consultation processes, in accordance with international human rights standards, as well as with domestic guidelines issued by the National Commission for the Development of Indigenous Peoples (CDI), through its “Protocol on the Implementation of Consults to Indigenous Peoples and Communities, in line with the standard of ILO-Convention 169 concerning indigenous and tribal peoples in independent countries.”
